100 Years of Sound Art

Exploring the Roots and Evolution of Sound Art: From Futurism to the XXI Century.‍ In collaboration with multimedia artist Muu Blanco.

This historical overview, spanning from Futurism to contemporary Sound Art, highlights the evolution of sound experimentation throughout the XX and XXI centuries.

Beginning with Futurist artists who sought to represent modern life and technology through chaotic Dadaism and musical vanguards such as Concrete Music and Fluxus. Next, Radio Art introduces collaboration and audience interaction into the audible narrative. Lastly, Ambient Music, inspired by Brian Eno, focuses on creating relaxing sound atmospheres.

Finally, R. Murray Schafer's Soundscape concept highlights the importance of sounds in culture and the environment, influencing urban design and environmental awareness. This historical journey reflects the constant expansion of sound creativity over the years.
